3. How We Share Your Information
The Meta Pixel retargeting disclosure and the sale/sharing distinction under California law in this section should be reviewed by an attorney before publishing.
We do not sell your personal information as defined under California law.
Service Providers. We share your information only with service providers who assist us in operating our business. They are authorized to use your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf:
- CRM Provider (To Be Determined): Contact and inquiry data will be stored in a CRM system. This policy will be updated when a provider is confirmed. HubSpot, Inc. is a current candidate.

If we activate retargeting in the future, we will update this policy and provide you the right to opt out before that activation occurs. You may opt out at any time via Meta's Privacy Center or a Global Privacy Control-enabled browser.

Additional opt-out options: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
5. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Do Not Track (DNT). Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track signal. We do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals because no universally accepted standard exists for how websites should respond to them.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, consistent with California law. If your browser sends a GPC signal when you visit our website, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any such sale or sharing. Enable GPC in Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo, or via extensions at globalprivacycontrol.org.
We will notify you of any material changes to how we respond to DNT or GPC signals by updating this section and the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
