WalkThru Estates operates as a DBA of Walk Thru Wealth under the sponsorship of Pactum, INC. All real estate services, including buyer representation, seller representation, and transaction management, are performed under a valid California DRE license.

Agency Disclosure (CA Civil Code §2079.14): Before entering into a real estate transaction, clients will receive a mandatory disclosure explaining the nature of agency relationships and whether Walk Thru Wealth represents the buyer, seller, or both parties as a dual agent.

Non-Solicitation: This is not a solicitation if you are currently represented by a real estate licensee.

Bilingual Services (CA Civil Code §1632): When real estate negotiations are conducted primarily in Spanish, all required disclosures and contracts will be provided in Spanish prior to execution.

Advertising Compliance (CA BPC §10140.6): All advertising materials include the DRE license number of the licensee and the responsible broker identity as required by California law.
